I have been working with horses for over 15 years now and love every
minute. I utilize least resistance training principals to get the
best out of a horse. Following the mindset that gentle methods yield
greater results. Building a solid foundation that leads to a road of
trust and communication that creates your perfect horse. I enjoy
starting young colts, as well as correcting behavior issues with
older horses. I never saddle break a horse, I saddle train a horse
so there is never a loss of trust. I train pleasure horses for trail
riding and general riding in pasture. However, I absolutely love the
rush of training a performance horse for cutting and reining. I have
recently re-entered the professional world of competitive
horsemanship. As a NRHA Pro, I look forward to the 2010 show season,
as well as the 2009 NRHA futurities. The satisfaction of teaching a horse
to be the peak of its potential is unparalleled. With that said, if you have ever
had the pleasure of being on the back of a well-trained horse, you know that joy.
Simply put, I just love my job and I enjoy working with horses and the people
who own them.

My wife is a great asset in my business and has spent the last few years
learning and helping me. She loves the challenges horses present and greets each
one with eager anticipation. She helps me in all aspects of training. From colt
starting to finished training, not a single horse leaves here without her
working with them as well. She has spent many tireless hours studying my methods
as well as many other top trainers. She has taken to horsemanship with a natural
love for it, which is why I consider it an honor to call her my business
partner. She enjoys training horses for pleasure riding, but will gladly train a
horse to perform.
