Up to $500 going towards Bluebonnet horse rescue. For every rider who signs up the ACTHA will donate $5. Thank you for your support of Still Creek Ranch and Texas horse rescue!

With 1500 acres of private grounds, The Foster Ranch is a beautiful and fun place to ride. Riding along the majestic and sandy Brazos River, there is no need for shoes. Natural and peaceful setting with lots of tree cover and wildlife. No stalls or electrical hook-ups available. Pens and tie lines acceptable for horses. There will be food, fun and entertainment for riders and non-riders - live music, equine-related vendor booths. There will be many games/contests with prize awards as well as a vendor drawing. There will be an onsite professional farrier, Cason Shoemaker, for hoof emergencies, as well as many other equine professionals such as NRHA & APHA professional trainer Chris Micek, equine massage and chiropractic services, and various informative equine demonstrations. This ride is an American Competitive Trail Horse Association sanctioned event, sponsored by 4M Horse Training and Titan Security Solutions of College Station, TX.

Event Vendors:

*Jewelry artist Rory Ross makes unique jewelry using many different components including sterling silver, pearls, recycled tin, semi-precious stones, and Bali silver. Rory will have samples of horse hair fly swatters and horse hair key chains that are custom made to order with your choice of bead color and hair from your horse. She makes many of her own glass and raku beads and has been selling and showing nationwide for 15 years. Roryraku@aol.com

Trail will take about 2 - 2 1/2 hours, 6-7 miles
Awards following ride

Bar-B-Q, live music vendor booths and equine demonstrations following the ride.

Breakfast menu will be...donuts, wraparounds, bottled water, assorted drinks
Lunch menu will be...Brisket, chicken, potato salad, beans, dessert item, tea, beer, soft drinks


Entries limited to first 100.
$525 in cash awards & great prizes for 1st - 6th place.

Fees payable online:
CTC entry fee - $53 pleasure/$78 open/$43 junior/$40 Adult buddy/$35 junior buddy
New membership fee - $25 individual/ $40 family of 2/ $75 family of 4

Fees collected at check-in: meals
$5 breakfast and $7 lunch
$3 each for beer tickets or 2/$5

West on 485 from HWY 6 in Hearne Texas. Go 10 miles and take a right at 263. Follow signs to ranch.
